How far in advance should we book?List Item 1
Most shoots are scheduled 2–4 weeks ahead. Event and game days can be accommodated sooner if the date is open. A 50% deposit secures your slot.

What turnaround time can we expect?List Item 2
Event highlights: 3–5 business days.
Promotional/Corporate pieces: 7–10 business days after the shoot.
Sports reels: often next business day when feasible. Rush delivery available on request.

What’s included in the price—and what counts as extras?List Item 3
Included: pre-production call, on-site filming (single-camera with pro audio), editing, 1–2 revision rounds, licensed music, and platform-ready exports (plus social cuts when scoped).
Extras (quoted as needed): additional revision rounds, extended hours/locations, on-camera talent/VO, motion graphics beyond basics, travel outside the San Antonio area, and raw footage transfers.

Who owns the video and can we get the raw files?List Item 4
Upon final payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the delivered edits. We retain portfolio/showreel rights. Raw footage is available as an optional add-on (organized transfer fee applies).
